Walk out the back door straight to the waters edge. Enjoy the view, sit on the deck, go fishing from the bank, swim, rent jet skis or a barge from Lacey's marina two minutes away and just relax and enjoy Greer’s Ferry lake! Located at the end of a quiet neighborhood, There is a Dollar General located very nearby as well as nice restaurants. Two bedrooms downstairs with king size beds and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, this bath also has a washer and dryer located in it. The master bedroom has a door directly into the bath. Sleeper sofa in living room (queen). Upstairs has an additional common seating area and two bedrooms, one has two twin size beds and one has a queen. There are two bathrooms
upstairs both have showers in them. There is access to the upstairs deck from the seating area upstairs . Kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats eight, with three additional seats at the bar. Plenty of parking and room for a boat or water toys.

Summary: Great location with trail to the lake. House was just right for 8 of us ladies who spent a refreshing girls weekend full of fellowship, fun and laughter. House was clean and well stocked. Host was easily to communicate with and property was as described. Looking forward to staying here again!

Summary: This property has plenty of parking, including space for a truck and boat, with a beautiful view of the lake. There is a trail to walk down to sit next the lake or stick your toes in the water. After we spent the day on the boat we would walk down and enjoy the view in the evening. The kitchen is set up with plenty of cookware and also has general kitchen needs. We all enjoy the game room and the extra den as the kids also like to hang out in those areas. The owner is easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a great set up for family and friends!
