Positive: Location was handy for central Antibes Old Town - just a stone's throw from the beach, shops and restaurants. Aircon was essential and much appreciated in the heatwave we had that week. Pretty bedrooms, everything you needed in the kitchen.

Negative: The main living area had no natural light which could feel a little claustrophobic at times then to add to that the fuse for the lights in that area kept tripping multiple times a day throughout the stay leaving us in darkness. This was pointed out on the first full day but no-one came to look at it while we were there. Just had to keep flipping the switch in the fuse box sometimes a dozen or more times in a short period. Only other issue for people to be aware of is that the toilet is on the ground floor but the shower is on the second floor. And the stairs are steep, open stairs so you need to be pretty steady on your feet to attempt to use the loo in the night. You also can't get your suitcases up the stairs so need to unpack everything downstairs then carry it up bit by bit. And vice versa when you leave so would recommend packing cubes which fortunately we had used.

Positive: Really cute house with a lot of facilities. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Right in the center of Antibes with everything nearby. The house is very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The stairs in the house are a bit tricky for people who have trouble with that. And during the week there is quite some noise in the morning from the high school next to it. But those are minor things.

Positive: it was newly renovated and clean. the location was excellent and the kitchen well appointed

Negative: The steep stairs. The toilet was next to the kitchen on the ground floor, the shower was on the third floor in the bedroom with a basin. The stairs were very steep more like a ladder and not suitable for young children or older people. There was no dishwasher. there was no dishwashing detergent to wash up dishes by hand and the amount of toilet paper supplied was inadequate for a short stay.
