Positive: We loved the location. Not too far from San Antonio, but a comfortable distance from the city that we felt safe. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, but did not intrude at all with our stay. There are cats, chickens, and a free roaming horse on the property. as well as plenty of deer in the area. The guest house is cute and cozy, situated away from the main house. We loved having a full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every day. The price was very reasonable. Overall, we would definitely look at staying here again on our next visit.

Negative: The only things we had complaint about are more personal preference, as we really should have a king-sized bed because of needing the extra length. We also do not prefer leather sofas, again more of a personal choice rather than a quality of the property.

Positive: Squeaky clean, coffee provided, beautiful setting, tranquil and private. The horse came to greet me while out grazing. A lovely respite from the big city where I live.

Positive: Cooked our own in the fully stocked kitchen Location was very quiet and secluded, which made it very nice

Negative: The area was extremely dry and a rain would’ve been very nice There were some very nice looking deer there, but I don’t think they allowed hunting

Negative: It was hot at night in the bedroom. I think if there was a ceiling fan to pull the AC from the living room it would be better. We tried using the little fan that was in the closet but it kept vibrating off the chair.

Negative: I can't think of anything except for some of the surrounding area Dead trees and shrubs) could be cleaned up.
