Summary: We had a great stay. The home is well equipped with everything you'd need from a family dinner to a get together with friends. My favorite spot was the top level patio with 360° views ranging from ocean to mountains and other rooftop patios. We did rent a car to explore the area which came in helpful as we chose to eat out in Loreto quite a bit. There were also a handful of restaurants within walking distance, which were also good.

Summary: We stayed 9 nights in FN245. There were 4 of us in the house - two couples (my husband and I and my in-laws). We loved everything about the house. The location is excellent, the furniture and beds are comfortable and high quality, there is plenty of privacy with the bedrooms on different levels, the bathrooms are huge and clean, and the house was extremely well appointed...particularly the kitchen. We found ourselves cooking at the house often, utilizing the outdoor barbecue on the second floor patio, and the juicer, blender, and high quality pots and pans in the kitchen. I did yoga on the balcony (mats provided at the house) and spent many content hours soaking up the sun on the 2nd floor lounge chairs, which were divine. There were so many nice touches...like the peaceful fountains...that it immediately felt like home. WIFI worked great...we did not attempt to use the TV. There was not a single thing I could find at the house that was lacking. It was a good thing the house was so well-stocked because the restaurants in Loreto Bay were booked solid every night we were there (Dec 24 - Jan 2). If you didn’t have a reservation, you could forget about eating out at any of the restaurants in Loreto Bay. Even some of the more popular restaurants in town (e.g., Mi Loreto) required reservations. However, the restaurants (and coffee shop) were the only places where we felt the crowds. The Loreto Bay development felt largely vacant including the beach and golf course, though the hotel was very busy. We made use of the beautiful walking trails around the golf course every single day. The other great thing about Loreto Bay is that it is safe...folks leave their bikes and kayaks out and it seemed like few people even lock their doors. There were security guards around 24/7. It is no wonder there were so many families with small children. Overall, we had a relaxing vacation in beautiful Loreto...exactly what we wanted. I would not hesitate to stay at FN245 again...in fact, I’d be reluctant to stay anywhere else.

Summary: Home was adequately furnished inside/outside and these were all in very good condition. The location was great for beach, pool or Wine Cellar visits. I’ve used private home rentals many times, and this was one of the best for being stocked on items you can’t count on being in a rental. Thank you for making your home available.

Summary: Second time staying at this casa. Everything is the same as 2017. Very well kept. All the amenities are great to have. Perfect for two couples. Close to beach and pools. Not sure if you need to rent a car. We have all three times we've been to Loreto.

Summary: This house is perfect. It is so comfortable and well stocked. There are so many places to relax, both indoors and outdoors, in the sun or in the shade. The kitchen had everything you could think of needing! We had a fantastic trip and just wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure!

Summary: Very nice house, super clean, full kitchen, barbecue and lots of outdoor seating and tables to enjoy relaxing and eating outside. WIFI worked great. Paddle boards and bikes were a nice addition. Lots of outdoor activities- hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, golfing, snorkeling. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. Loreto Bay is a special place.

Summary: This was our second stay at FN 245. Really enjoy this place, nice layout. Comfortable outdoor furniture in the crows nest, where we begin our day with coffee and end our day with a margarita. Is a bonus that we can use the owners kayaks to explore and enjoy the ocean. Snorkeling is excellent very close to the resort.

Summary: Had a wonderful time. I highly recommend for a low key, relaxing vacation. This was my 5th time to Loreto and I've loved it every time. It is a photographer's dream. Everything was great with this vrbo. Very generous. The beds were comfortable. I can't wait to go back.

Summary: Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Three years ago we came at the end of may and we were just a handful of people there. Loved that. Missed the whales though. Came mid March this year ,more people but not to many. Went on a fishing trip both guys caught yellow fin. He rigged us up for bottom fish. Saw orca..blue whale, porpoise...great day!. With the available kayaks and bikes included all the better👍 also the lawn chairs 👍
