Positive: I had a wonderful experience at this hostel. Perez treated me with such kindness and even took the time to show me around the city. He is a cheerful and warm-hearted person. Having traveled to 183 countries, I truly felt as if I stepped onto Venezuelan soil and immediately met a beautiful soul—and that was Perez. He gifted me a jersey with the Venezuelan national flag, which touched me deeply. The room was comfortable and excellent for the price. Arriving in a new city and being welcomed with such sincerity by Perez made my stay truly memorable.
