Positive: Perfect location. Very comfortable beds. Love the free parking.

Negative: Water pressure is very low in the showers. That is the only thing that could be better.

Positive: I came down to breakfast late but was still able to grab something and put it in my room.

Negative: We got in late. Brushed our teeth and the sink wouldn't drain. Next morning took a shower and was standing in water when I finished my shower. Couldn't call the desk because "phones were down". Came home after our time out and the sink was still clogged! Again had to physically walk to the desk and ask for maintenance. He came right away and fixed the sink (he never even looked at it the day before) but had cleaned the tub train out the day before. Also the back door that is supposed to be locked at all time more often than not was propped open. We noticed that our room cards didn't actually work to open that door (it must be broken). When I mentioned it to a staff person they acted like it was no big deal. I took the piece propping the door open every time I came in/out.

Positive: The grounds are very well maintained, especially the gardens, and the direct beach access is excellent. The pool area is great for children, and the restaurant staff did a wonderful job. The food was consistently on a good level, with the pizza being a particular highlight.

Negative: The room standard did not meet expectations. While it was clean, it felt outdated and was located directly next to the maintenance facilities, which made it very noisy during the day. Considering the rate of €300–400 per night, the overall value was disappointing. Service at reception was inconsistent, and the dining area became overcrowded during theme nights, making it difficult to enjoy the special dishes. Overall, paying this amount primarily for beach access and a nice pool did not feel justified, as there are more suitable options available elsewhere. Even a standard room should provide a reasonable level of comfort, quietness, and modern upkeep, which unfortunately was not the case here.
