Positive: Loved the furniture and decor. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The air conditioning units were great. They kept the house nice and cool. The bathrooms were very nice. Loved the privacy and the pond in the neighborhood was a nice surprise.

Negative: The hot tub seemed a little hazy and the chemicals seemed off. The beds were a bit too firm for us and we didn't sleep well. We needed a big skillet with lid for dinner, but had to use a pot bc the one there was damaged and peeling.

Summary: The cabin was modern and updated with numerous amenities and a great location.

Positive: Really nice house with a great, fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the fireplace and living space as well as the outside cozy furniture and pretty backyard.

Negative: The hot.tub was cold upon our arrival and although I tried to text and email to the "we're here to help" numbers provided, there really IS NOT anyone there to.help. Luckily the next morning , we found a breaker switch and reset it. But the tub still wasn't up to temperature by that night either. We did a hot tub the morning we were checking out. I never received any response to my messages about the tub.

Positive: There are 4 comfy double beds upstairs and the spacious master bedroom downstairs. The hot tub was a nice perk after a day of hiking. Also, the visitor center has live music and food and drink. The North Trek Animal preserve was really nice and not too far.

Summary: Nice place at the base area of Mount Rainier.

Positive: Home was clean, very practical for a group. I personally liked the Jacuzzi with view of Douglas fir trees. This home is all about living with nature. Me and my friends had a really fun time, it was close to Rainier attractions. I really liked the loft.

Positive: We loved the property. everything is new. The kitchen has all the utensils to cook. The bathroom has shampoo and conditioner.

Negative: I do not like that there is a list of chores to complete before to leave the property. The check-out is already limited and we expect to rest a little more. One of the teflon pans should be replaced. The deck can be a little cleaner.

Positive: I brought my own food and was able to cook and eat nicely. Totally enjoyed taking time in the hot tube both night and morning! =) Also enjoyed sitting out in the back yard with firewood that we bought from a local grocery store. We didn't want to have to stay inside the cabin all day and night and have to watch TV. We liked family time together, outside in Natural Area!

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the cost of $400+ dollars, for ONE NIGHT stay. I would have preferred to pay only half that amount. But, it was a cabin we wanted to use with the hot tub so that we didn't have to sit in the cabin all day and night.

Summary: We enjoyed our time, out in the back yard, in the hot tub and firewood spot.
