Positive: I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their warm hospitality and kindness during my stay. ❤️ From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly respectful, helpful, and welcoming. Since I was traveling with quite a lot of luggage and preferred to have everything conveniently arranged in my room, the staff were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even more comfortable. A very special thank you to Mr. Sezoi, who was extremely attentive and well-coordinated throughout my stay. He kindly arranged a lovely, cozy room for me with a beautiful view, exactly in line with my preferences. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and care. I also loved the location of the hotel. The distance to Taksim and Istiklal Street felt incredibly short, and having the metro just about three minutes away was such a great convenience. Overall, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Thank you so much to the wonderful team for making my stay so pleasant, comfortable, and memorable. I truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality and would be very happy to stay here again. ❤️
Summary: Thanks sezoi، You made me stay one extra day at the hotel because of the good feeling you created for me

Positive: I was especially grateful to the reception staff for allowing me to check in early in the morning. My flight arrived very early, so being able to check in and get some much-needed sleep made a huge difference, and I really appreciated their flexibility. I also enjoyed the breakfast, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, and there is a metro station almost directly across the street, which makes getting around extremely convenient. The only area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room. I noticed that my bedsheet had some stains. Since I was only staying for one night and didn’t want to make an issue of it, I didn’t complain or request a change, but I do think housekeeping could pay a little more attention to these details. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself is nice, and the excellent location makes it a very convenient place to stay.
Negative: The main issue was the cleanliness of the room. The bedsheet had visible stains, which was disappointing and made me question whether the bedding had been properly checked before my arrival. Since I was staying for only one night and was very tired after an early flight, I chose not to complain or ask for it to be changed. However, I do think housekeeping should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bedding and overall room preparation.
Summary: Excellent location, friendly and accommodating staff, and a lovely traditional Turkish breakfast.
