Summary: Great communication, unique and extremely comfortable accommodation in a great location with wonderful views, eco-friendly, fantastic breakfast provisions....wish we could have stayed longer but we will return again. Highly recommended.

Summary: Great location both for views and tripping about the area. We used it for a base to enjoy Bruny Island and the Channel area. Views are to die for including waking up to a full view of across the island. Pillows and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Spacious accommodation. Peppermint Bay restaurant (on main road near water) is well worth a visit but only open Thursday to Sunday nights. Need to book at popular with locals. Classy food and great service. Hosts are great, very accommodating and easy to deal with. Will be back. Suggest at least 3 nights.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the Berry Patch unit. The views of Bruny Island were amazing, great communication from our hosts, and lots of little touches (bread cooking when we arrived) made it a welcoming base to explore this part of Tassie.

Summary: Everything was outstanding. Just took a while to get used to the Eco toilet but once we did it really made us feel like we are helping the environment. Staying at this property made us feel like we really need to do more for the environment in every way we live.
