Positive: This is a wonderful resort located in a wonderful location. We stay in the tree house. The experience was very good. The staff was invaluable. The resort has many facilities like a swimming pool, a spa.

Negative: There was no hot water in the spa room. We expected hot water after the spa, but it was disappointing. During night time, we should close everything and sit inside the room as there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Positive: Beautiful setting with properties, clean, comfortable and in a very traditional style. Very peaceful, great staff and food. I learned lots about tea and coffee- the pace was very chilled with lots or little to do as we felt.

Positive: We loved the location, the property, the staff was very friendly and supportive and food was amazing too and was better than outside food. Extra activities like trail visit and teat tasting was amazing with excellent knowledge.

Positive: Infinity pool was stunning, Heritage property (MacKenzie Suite) and excellent tour around the plantation. Staff were all lovely and particularly excellent was the guy who takes the activities- he was extremely knowledgeable.

Negative: Nothing not to like. It was a bit quiet (not many other guests) but they had had some cancellations due to news about a landslide. However, this was about 60k away and the property was well outside of that zone.
