Positive: Staff was super friendly. Room was quiet. Restaurant on site was nice. Laundry services were always available. Room was clean.

Negative: There was a mix up with our friend’s room, so they had to share a room with us for the night, which after a 12 hour flight wasn’t the best situation. There was a n overwhelming urine smell coming from the bathroom drains, but someone must have fixed it while we were out, as we could tell someone had been in the room while we were gone. Breakfast needed more fruit, pancakes or waffles or perhaps bacon.

Summary: Very friendly staff; clean room; a bit of a hiccup the first night

Negative: - No stovetop in our room even though this was listed in the room facilities - WiFi didn't always work well

Negative: I didnt like the smell in the bathroom. Also not comfy was that to the restaurant you need to go out of the hotel.
