Positive: We liked the spacious apartment, balcony and underground parking. Location was good.

Negative: The property was not clean enough. Fridge not clean, dead bugs on the floor, dirty towels in the washing machine when we arrived. Not enough towels for the amount of people staying but they did sort this out once we requested more. No hand towels provided. I don’t think this has been rectified as a previous reviewer mentioned this back in January and also the standard of cleanliness has not improved. We would have liked to have at least milk provided in the fridge for our arrival. We could not park in the space we were told to park in as another car was already there. One of the sofas needs new seat cushions as it was not comfortable.

Positive: The location is nice, close to the old town area and grocery stores. VIA Train station is also in walking distance. I like this accomodation for it's spacious living area and cozy furniture that we can relax during snowy days. Two separate washrooms that are very helpful to us to get ready in the morning. The host is very friendly and helpful, the instructions for the keys are clear and the host is always so nice to answer any questions related to the accomodation and nearby area. Would love to come back again if we're in Montreal.

Positive: The location was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Close to restaurants.

Negative: Needs hand towels and bath mats. Also side tables near couches for drinks would be nice . We couldn’t get television or projector to work.
