Positive: The location is perfect. Two minutes walk to a small market, the main trolley or bus lines, grocery stores, restaurants, or the beginning of the town center. 10 minute walk to the train to the airport that costs like $5. The apartment is large and interesting, clean, and well laid out. We listened to the orchestra practicing on the 5th floor in the building across the balcony.

Negative: Penthouse usually means top floor in the USA. Here it meant being on the 5th floor of a building with another floor. On Friday night the party or demolition going on all afternoon until near midnight made sleeping impossible. Loud singing, shouting and banging going on for hours The paster walls were shaking. It sounded like a bunch of drunken aggressive men who had no concern for anything but themselves. The WIFI in the apartment is terrible. The TV did not work. There are no hand towels in the kitchen even though I saw it mentioned in their past comments. The owner needs to spend a couple zlotas and buy some hand towels and fix the WIFI situation. And if the Friday night party is a regular thing, consider not renting the apartment that night.
