Negative: I didn't think about that the place does not have an oven or microwave, there is no possibility to warm up food.

Positive: Breakfast not included, no cooking facility. View from Location was great.

Negative: Check in process. My family and luggage was on road side for almost 30 minutes before we could move in. There was a 10 min walk to collect keys. Location of key collection point was not clearly displayed. There was additional wait for concerned person to come with keys. Other staff could not understand english. A bad wheather could have made my family suffer more. Returning keys also required 10 min walk. There was dirty water supply in kitchen for about 10 minutes , then it got cleared .

Summary: Stay was comfortable. View from the property was awsome.

Positive: Relatively central to altstadt. Good views from the terrace. Beds ok.

Negative: Very run down apartment in concrete high rise. No stove or microwave. Smells of smoke probably from other apartments. Table and chairs in the combined sleeping and dining room very uncomfortable and wobbly.

Positive: The view! From all the sides of the terrace. You see the magnificent Alps. See part of the city hustle, sneak a view of the river. The highlight of the stay was clearly the terrace. Book only for that, this is the only part which will not disappoint at all. If you are lucky you may get to see a plane flying over the place.

Negative: The place is poor on facilities. Barely a kitchen for such a place. Not even a microwave. No garbage segregation. Overall is not well equipped. Not enough electric port in the living room, I could only find one. The furniture may be antique and original but they are no longer purposeful. The chairs are wobbly and feel they may crack. The place needs a facelift. Feels dated. The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke, mentioned it to the host; no response at all, no action, completely ignored. Also the owner has a policy of collecting 100 euro as security deposit. Which can only be paid in cash (we had to go to the cafe just for that). And it is returned via a bank transfer. Few days after you leave. Generally deposits are via Booking but this feel tricky.
