Positive: The apartment was very clean and spacious. Having a private parking garage is a huge benefit. Close to the main street, so it's very easy to walk. The building is very quiet.

Negative: The second bathroom layout makes using the toilet and shower just about impossible. Some of the neighbors are rude. The main entrance to the apartment building did not lock properly and the entrance area light did not come on

Positive: Location was nice & garage for parking.

Negative: 1. The second bathroom was not up to par. Need to sit sideways on the toilet because your feet will not fit/knees hit the wall if you try to sit normally. The second shower you'd have to cross over the top of the toilet basin to access but it is tiny. 2. It would be nice if they had a portable drying rack for the covered balcony.
