This modern apartment is located in the residential Palazzo Vivaldi where you can find (Swimming pool available all year, gym, sauna,wide meeting room with games, 24h reception)
It is all exterior and very bright. It has an equipped American style kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, ceramic hob and kitchenware)
In the living room there is a sofa bed where two people can sleep comfortable as there are proper mattresses for sleeping.
There is a bathroom with bath and window to the terrace.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with viscoelastic mattress with a wide door which lead to the terrace.

Summary: I had an amazing time in Veronica's apartment. Dulce Belen who welcome us was really nice and helpful giving me suggestion of what to do and best places to eat. There is also a manual with information about the flat and local amenities at the entrance's corridor which was quite useful, also touristics leaflets are provided. The best feature for me was the terraze were I was sunbathing most of my time, it is huge! The comunal pool of the building is also very good and not crowded 100% recommended.

Summary: My holiday in the penthouse was fabulous! The area is really nice, and the penthouse is beautiful and CLEAN. Owners are really friendly and smiling. They share their knowledge about the area. There is everything around. I really recommend this property.
