Positive: Excellent host. Beautiful setting within 5 minutes of hill walks. Lodging was nicely equipped and the kitchen was modern. Plenty of space for all 7 of us. Such a nice stay.

Positive: The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed and maintained to a very high standard. Two supermarkets are just a 2-minute drive away, and the city center of Innsbruck can be reached in 12 minutes by car.

Negative: During very hot days, it was difficult to sleep without the air conditioning. We discovered in the middle of the night that the AC automatically shut down every hour, but after contacting the host this issue was resolved. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. There is a wood-cutting place nearby.

Positive: Fantastic location & incredibly easy to get around. Just leave your car parked at the property & use the easy & great free public bus service using your welcome cards to get into Innsbruck only a ten plus minute journey to centre of Innsbruck. Our lovely helpful hostess was on hand to answer enquiries & to give great recommendations on what to see & do. Clean, extremely comfortable, high specification apartment with outstanding views of the local Alps from every window. Brilliant!

Summary: Great all year round location with easy access to Innsbruck & mountain adventure. Can’t wait to return!

Positive: Location is amazingly good. A Lil 10 min walk from the nearest bus stop but worth it.

Negative: Having 1 bath ( which is huge and very well equipped) can be a problem if it's anyone other than family.

Positive: Great location, beautiful views, very clean. Short walk and to town with restaurants and small grocery store. Bus pass that was provided was a very nice touch and allowed us to explore Innsbruck and the neighboring village and take a free gondola ride up the mountain.

Negative: Stairs up were tough with luggage and taxi from Innsbruck dropped our friends off at the wrong place with luggage, we found Uber to be more accurate. One of the balconies was closed off but looked like it had beautiful views.

Positive: If you're looking for a place with great hosts, beautiful home, and fantastic scenery then this is it. Better homes may be found, but you would be hard pressed to find it and especially at the price given. No, this IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!! Our hosts were delightful, sweet, and attentive. We felt right at home because of them. The place itself is beautiful. I cannot say enough good things. Spacious rooms, huge bathroom, and a deck with a great view. Gotzens is a small quiet town a quick bus ride up the mountain. You're given bus passes, so everywhere you want to go is free by bus around Innsbruck and surrounding neighborhoods. While there they were having the Peter and Paul festival and we were invited to join in the celebration of these two apostles. From my readings the festival is around 1,670 years running. Needless to say it was great. All the people of the town were extremely nice and welcoming. They made sure we were fed and had plenty of drinks. Thank you to everyone who made our trip to Austria wonderful. I cannot wait to get back. Maybe next year for the festival again? I sure hope so!!!

Negative: The only thing that could've been better is if I rented for longer than a couple of days.
