Positive: The owner, Damian, welcomed us with fruits, a pack of beer, water, and soda for the kids. It was a very thoughtful gesture — it’s always nice when you pay a bit more and get something back, not just a place to sleep. Also the host was very kind and helpful, easy reachable through WhatsApp. He helped us with the taxi (it’s quite a quest on the island). The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures: 2 bedrooms, 2 showers, nice comfortable living room, a really good washing machine, and quality bedding, pillows, and blankets. The terrace is simply amazing, and there’s even a balcony with a sea view! Everything was perfectly clean. House located in quiet place. It’s close to the beach — you do have to walk along a road with no sidewalk, but that’s how it is all over the island. Compared to other places, this one is in a great location and very close to the best beach in Rab — Padova Beach. Inside, you’ll find everything you might need — safe, coloring books with markers, some board games, a PlayStation, all necessary kitchen utensils, glasses, knives, cutting board, plenty of towels, hair products, and more than enough coffee pods, laundry powder and detergent as well. The apartment is on the top floor of the house, so expect a few stairs. The AC works well — it’s just one unit for the whole place, but it was enough to cool the apartment. And ac is quiet. No issues with hot water or drainage. For food, definitely try the nearby Gostionica Sport restaurant! It was cheaper than others on the island, and the seafood and dishes were the best we had.
Negative: Really nothing! We should stay longer. It’s pricey in comparison with other accommodations, but is worth it.

Positive: The place was super clean, spacious, and nicely decorated — it felt really comfortable and welcoming. I also loved the little extras like laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, a fruit basket, and some kitchen basics like salt, pepper, cereal, and cooking oil. There were even a few beers and juice in the fridge, which was a nice surprise! It was peaceful at night and the air conditioning kept the place cool and comfortable.
Negative: Some blackout blinds in the main bedroom would’ve been nice — the morning sun made it a bit hard to sleep in. The second bedroom had them, which was great.
