This extraordinary top floor apartment offers everything your heart desires on 250sqm: A private sauna, fireplace, terrace, air conditioning, 4 bedrooms, spacious living room, American kitchen and much more.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, of which 3 are separately accessible. There is also a bed in the spacious living area so that the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. 4 of the 5 beds are 180cm wide (king size), one is 160cm wide (queen size).
The large living area with TV and a big sofa invites you to linger. The fireplace offers a cozy atmosphere, especially in winter. The large dining table and the connected terrace complete the offer.
The connected American kitchen is fully equipped. Depending on your preference, the gas stove or the ceramic surface can be used.
The large bathroom with rain shower and bathtub has its own sauna. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

Summary: This spacious flat had pluses and minuses for our family of 5 adults. We arrived in a heat wave and while the 2 mini splits (1 in the main living room, 1 in a bedroom) worked well to cool those spaces, airflow to the other bedrooms was minimal. Inability to store bags in the AM was an inconvenience. Received incorrect check-in info as well, so our first day after 12 hr overnight flights made for a very rough start. Linens were sparse (or missing entirely) but the property manager brought what we needed within a day. Dryer didn’t function properly; that was a must-have for our trip, so an inconvenience. Plenty of small appliances so cooking in was easy. I’ve rented dozens of apartments and houses around the globe and considering my most critical items for a great stay, this one won’t make my Top 50.
