Positive: New highrise, well appointed, comfortable, clean. Bonus small balcony. Parking on streets behind apt block. Adjacent supermarket. Easy to get to off E39/E18.

Negative: Easy to get to off E39/E18! So yes, traffic noise could be an issue; it didn’t worry us at all (though we live in the centre of Rome, so our standards are low!). With windows closed, not really an issue, except if the weather is warm. Blinds don’t block out much light (though bedroom blind is ok).

Summary: Would stay here again.

Positive: Apartment is very close to the city. All is new and very good quality. Enough space, and very clean. Parking on the street close by. Shop is just across the building entry. We had excellent time.

Negative: It is quite close to the highway so a bit too much noise when sitting on the terrace, but very quite on the inside with closed doors.
