Positive: The room and private bathroom were extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The interior was beautifully decorated and very modern. It's one of the best hotels we've stayed at! It was automatic check-in so it was very easy and went smoothly.

Negative: The bus stop is right outside the hotel and is very convenient, but it is still a half an hour bus ride to the centre of San Sebastian.

Positive: Clean, easy check in at set time, easy parking (on street), dog friendly. Easy drive into San Sebastian and easy access to motorway south (but difficult northbound unless using sat nav.

Negative: Bar below rooms useful but not particularly friendly.

Positive: It is very close to motorway. I was driving from calais to spain. The connection to motorway is less than 5 mins. They are dog friendly but they charge for it. There is a pub in the next door. The pub is not friendly at all. Few restaurants are close by but the area is not great for holiday. I stayed only 1 night.

Negative: Could be cleaner. It was dusty. The area is very quite, i would not stay if i was travelling on my own.

Negative: They took money out of my account without authorisation and when I tried to get it back they became quite unpleasant.
