Positive: The owners are a really kind family that made us feel welcome immediately. They made efforts to cater to our needs also (e.g., bringing us coffee when we slept through breakfast - we're not breakfast people, so this was really nice). We couldn't ask for nicer hosts. The location is great for skiing. It's a very short walk to the Sonnenbahn Gondola and made the logistics of skiing really simple. For example, it was simpler than many of the hotels in Fiss, at better value. The house is set up well for skiing, with boot dryers and a ski rack and a sauna. There's enough parking for guests, which is really important in Ladis, if you are driving. Even though we don't usually eat breakfast, we enjoyed it a lot - shakshuka, nicely boiled eggs, Kaiserschmarrn, good coffee, . We stayed 7 nights and would have stayed another few if we could have!

Negative: I guess if you're a light sleeper and want to sleep in, the guesthouse can be slightly noisy in the morning (starting between 7:30 and 8) depending on how many other guests there are and how noisy they are while getting ready to ski. But, honestly, if you're there to ski, you aren't going to be sleeping real late anyway. It was consistently quiet in the evenings and at night.

Positive: Stayed there in summertime, very nice location near cable car so easy to come around the mountains. Also very sweet family and good breakfast.

Negative: The surroundings of the hotel could have been more nice with the garden, but I guess this is more of an Winther hotel.

Positive: I had a good time at Pension Razil. The Haus is ski in ski out on the Ladis side of the resort. The breakfast was great. The room had plenty of space and was clean. The owners were really nice and helpful. Great place.

Negative: It’s a bit older with older carpet and furniture but you can see the new ones are working on updating it.

Positive: Extremely friendly owners who really made us and our young daughter feel completely at ease, thank you for taking good care of us! Pls note the owners recently (in Dec ‘24) took over, Pension Razil was shut for ca. 5 years. The buffet breakfast was awesome (lots of choice, soft boiled eggs cooked perfectly). Looking forward to our next stay :)
