Positive: Good location

Negative: Room 13 was really noisy from the outside neighbor Not clean (for example the floor under the bed and the floor in general) Windows directly in the parking, exaust from the cars and motorcycles we could smell in the room. Really hot in the room no AC.

Summary: Good location close to the lakes and the bike path, but really noise, hot (no AC), not clean.
