Positive: The host, Petra, was very hospital, always welcoming the guests with smile and willing to meet our needs. Breakfast are amazing: delicious and with a good choice of local food. Also meals we had for dinner were good and adjusted to my son needs. I appreciate the kindness and warmth. My son and me loved it here.

Negative: The temperatures in Reiteralm were very low, around minus 14. My son was skiing with his club for five days from the morning till late afternoon, we were very cold. I would appreciate if the host would allow kids to enter sauna for one hour a week, that would be so helpful. Only adults are allowed to enter sauna. And sauna is so nice!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Pension Kristall. From the very start, we were positively impressed by by the friendly, helpful and welcoming manager. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we wanted. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and bathrooms clean and modern. The location is excellent, just five minutes walk to the Reiteralm cable car ski lift. There is a locker / drying room for skis and boots. Perfect for our skiing holiday. We could have stayed longer and hope to stay again.

Negative: In this case nothing to mention for us. All was perfect.

Summary: Very comfortable apartment five minutes walk from the ski lifts!
