Positive: The location and view of the property are excellent . By the sea, facing the sea, quiet environment and clean. Close to convenient store (nice to CU), McD, Lotteria & Gas Station (for those who rent a car). Mr.Gabriel, from the property also very helpful…gamsahabnida 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.

Negative: There is no elevator, but we can understand since this is only 3 stores apartment and based on local regulations.

Negative: we have 6 ppl and 1 toilet is not enough for us. But we know this beforehand so it is ok.
