Positive: Lovely little hotel type place. The two elderly who run it were both really friendly and helpful for any questions I had. Room was a really good size for the price and the communial area had lots to offer - massage chair, manga, tv, heating etc. And it's pet friendly!

Negative: there was only one shared toilet on second guest floor.
