Positive: Good location - Very close to Goryu Hakuba slopes and a shuttle bus to the Goryu slopes < 50m away from the front door. Hosts are very accomodating and lovely! No troubles at all. They even have luggage transport service as well (Takkyubin)! The hosts also provided a discount for rentals as well, the rentals were also very affordable and good quality. If you want to walk to Goryu, its only a 10minute uphill walk if you’re up to it 😅 Heating in the room was excellent!

Summary: Stay was splendid at the Pension Ciel and would definitely stay there again for the convenience. Great small cozy place,
