Positive: The room is large and clean but the furniture is old. One toilet and a small shower for 4 rooms. No elevator!!! We dragged our suitcase up to the 4th floor on foot.

Negative: Karlsplat and Munich central rail station is about 20 minute walk. There’s no lift in the building - the property might not be a good option for travellers with big suitcases.

Positive: A clean apartment in a great location. Close to many restaurants, supermarkets and transports links. An ideal base for exploring Munich. The rooms were both of a good size and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen was on the smaller side but the balcony was great for sitting out in the morning and the evening. The area was very quiet and only 20 minutes walk to the main station.

Negative: Bathroom was small with slightly confusing instructions about when to open and close the windows, but not really a major problem. No other complaints.

Summary: Great Apartment, great location. Would definitely stay here again.
