Positive: Central location but still quiet enough

Negative: It was really cold in the room and the heating in the bathroom didnt work. There was a portable radiator but the cable was too short to be plugged in in the bathroom (the socket was too high up). Had to position the radiator next to the bed which didn't help with the bathroom, obviously

Positive: The receptionist was very helpful and the location was perfect - close to the metro and in the heart of the old town . The room was very clean and the shower had great water pressure.

Negative: The room had a small window so it was a bit dark, and unfortunately the door didn't stop hearing noise and other guests talking in the corridor. Regardless it was a pleasant stay.

Summary: Very convenient, great location its ideal for a short stay in central Bilbao

Positive: Clean, solid room with modern ensuite. Mini fridge was useful. Excellent location very close to bars and cathedral. Decent size room. Coffee machine and tea making facilities. Good communication.

Negative: All great for a short stay, very minor - Room was not sound proof, could hear other guests doors and keypads when trying to sleep. We had no view, inside window into back of buildings / courtyard.

Positive: The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town. The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. We really liked the addition of the coffee machine as we didn’t have this in other places we stayed. Staff were friendly and informative and we would recommend to others.

Negative: The room was definitely clean and main bedsheets but the cushions and throw were quite dirty and had obvious stains on them which wasn’t very nice.

Summary: Excellently located and comfortable stay.
