Positive: I appreciated the effort to make the driveway accessible, as easy to understand as possible. Matt had a really nice exchange with me over the app. Also, the decor of the studio was nautical and welcoming. I was able to use the microwave as planned, and the surrounding area was quiet at night. I also found the view on the water relaxing.

Negative: The overall neighborhood was a bit less central than I expected. Also, unfortunately, the comforter and towels were getting worn down with use. I suggest replacing those items. The price was very high to overlook those amenities.

Summary: Too expensive and a bit out of the way, but fine to pass through the town.

Positive: Everything the pictures showed water views, secluded and price. Not cluttered w/stuff glad we had balcony view, sitting in chairs dangling feet in water, saw dolphins/baby crabs literally at our feet.

Negative: Approaching area looked rundown, better curb appeal around the property, better bedding, tidy up laundry area or put doors to enclose storage space
