Positive: The staff was very polite and helpful , we had some issues with Aircon and they got it actioned fast with temporary arrangement to make our stay comfortable , also provided compensation for discomfort..

Positive: Modern apartment, clean and well maintained. Although I checked in after reception closure at 4pm, there was a gentleman still in the reception who checked me in efficiently letting me know the functions of the building and car parking. Perfect location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants/bars. Highly recommended, thank you for a great stay.

Negative: Everything was perfect! Just a small note, there’s a water leak from the refrigerator onto the floor (not flooding, photo attached), please look into, thanks.

Negative: Had such bad hayfever because of dust build up behind the beds, acs weren’t working properly, stains on the couch and some bedding, odd smell came from the laundry so it made the unit smell odd. Showed head wasn’t flowing water well in the bathroom next to the shower and I also had to kill cockroach’s that came from the sink area
