Positive: The balcony views were excellent. The pool and BBQ areas were nice and well-kept. Location is excellent, right on the beach.

Negative: It's 2025 and there should be a more suitable way to access the keys and the building without having to pick up them up at a different building. However, this is stated during booking so no real complaints. My main issue was having to drop the keys off at the crack of dawn when we checked out. This wasn't mentioned in the booking process, and the 'digital guidebook' we were sent on the day of arrival even said to leave the keys inside the apartment. We weren't told there was construction work during our five-night stay and they used this as an excuse not to pick up the keys. Their customer service and communication is shocking. Having to drag four large cases either a 40 mins walk, 15 mins metro and walk, or PAY for a taxi is outrageous in 2025. Especially when we checked out at the crack of dawn due to our flight time. There was no middle ground either, they were unwilling to come to a compromise despite it not being in the T&Cs. So it's the customer who is put out.

Summary: Excellent views from the apartment balcony. Apartment itself could do with modernisation.

Positive: The property was close to the beach and walkable to restaurants. It was a gem. The view was amazing.

Negative: There was some construction going on, which made the initial entry after check-in a little hard to figure out.

Summary: We had an amazing time and would stay again.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was great.

Negative: It was just a shame the apartment reception area was undergoing renovation during our stay. It made accessing the building and parking very difficult. The ramp to the underground carpark was very narrow for our hire car.
