Positive: I loved everything. Very good location. Very good little city. The people were friendly. We found free parking spot 3 minutes away. The street to the place is a bit narrow, but we stoped right by the entrance for a few minutes. Took all staff out and then my husband drew away and found parking easily. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything needed. I even managed to do laundry as the washing machine had drying option. If we will be back to Peniche we will not look at other options and will book this apartment one more time.

Positive: The apartment is very well located.Is spacious,bright and decorated with high quality furnishings and decorations.Bed is very comfortable and a large corner sofa simply superb. Washing machine,dishwasher,good working AirCon/heating,great size Tv plus Netflix and other streaming apps.Having stayed in Peniche before I know how difficult it is to get all those things under one roof.Also worth of mentioning is the super easy check-in process and communication with the host.

Positive: Few minor drawbacks, but overall very satisfied.

Negative: We didn't like feather bedding and clogging sink. But overall it was an amazing stay.

Positive: Great location close to everything, really nice apartment, great patio, roof top mini pool and patio. Things I didn't like, kitchen supply really minimal, only one pan, no salt or pepper, no dish soap. There's no parking, really difficult to find a parking spot. Lots of stairs and elevator not working. ONLY one key, the door will lock itself when you close it, really easy to get lock outside, had to call a locksmith and pay 70eur. When you message the host its a 3rd party company not located in the area so long waiting reply, even booking. Com couldn't reach them right away. There's a leak in the bathroom, every morning the floor was wet, we had to use towels to dry it, I told the host many times not a single response acknowledging it,. Overall would recommend, there's definitely room for improvement on the points noted above but it's a great apartment in a great location.

Positive: The apartment was excellent, spacious, comfortable and clean. Location was great, close to cafes and shops, but not close to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with most essentials and easy to use. Good communication from the host and very easy check-in once at the property.

Negative: A fry pan would be great. The directions take you to the street around the corner so a little confusing but it is just around the corner.

Positive: Very well located, spacious apartment. Almost feels new, bright airy and clean, with a nice small patio/terrace area. Professional service and highly recommended. Plenty of excellent restaurants near by. Local tourist office very helpful.

Negative: This is a point to note that is less important for long stays ( we stayed only 4 nights) the apartment does not provide any consumables. Apart from 4 coffee pods & dishwasher tabs there was nothing else. For a short stay, it's difficult to buy small quantities of washing powder & if you're cooking condiments, oil, sugar etc. Just a point to note.

Positive: Great apartment, quite spacious (bigger than we expected) and comfortable. We used it during a workation so it was important for us to have some place to work and it was a perfect hit. It's loctated close to many restaurants and cafes as well.

Negative: All good, the only downside could be that the elevator didn't work (but the apartment was on the 2nd floor so it wasn't too bad).
