Summary: Clean room but no amenities which was surprising.

Summary: I stay at the Pendry about once a month and have been staying there since they opened and them before that when it was the Island Hotel. I am surprised every time that I am never greeted back with a "Nice to see you again" or a welcome back- and I have NEVER been given an upgrade. In fact, the rooms I have had the first three trips keep getting worse. Since I stay there so often I know what their normal layout is so they have been missing furniture- dont have all the amenities- its a bit absurd for how expensive the hotel is. Parking alone is $50.00. A welcome back would go so far- but I think I will not be spending my money at the Pendry anymore considering there is the Vea just down the street.

Summary: Our one night stay was wonderful! The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very roomy. We had drinks at The Pendry Bar before dinner at SET. Both places were tasty!

Summary: The staff were all amazing, from the front desk to the employees at the beautiful lobby bar to the bell desk. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The holiday decor was nice as well. This is a great location because you can walk to so many places from the hotel. The pool area is smaller, so book your cabana or get your beds earlier. Enjoy!

Summary: The staff was hostile and not helpful when I asked them questions. The room wasn’t as clean as I had expected. The hotel vibe was off. Either the hotel doesn’t suit the people or the people don’t suit the hotel. It’s just a hotel by a mall but it pretends like it’s a trendy upscale place. Really disappointed and overall disgusted by the Pendry. Wouldn’t recommend it for an event, out of town trip or a staycation. Lame.
