Positive: Really liked the property, much bigger than expected when we entered. Very nice and bright. Good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Closely located to Newborough just a short 5 minute drive away from the property. A very quiet area which was peaceful at night and during the day. Lovely little escape from home!
Negative: The immediate surroundings were very quiet and peaceful, there was a nearby walk down to a river albeit this was very waterlogged at the time which meant we were limited on things to do immediately in the area, so had to use the car. This was fine for us - but may not suit all guests.

Positive: House was very roomy and good grounds and location.
Negative: Cleanliness could have been better, for instance oven shelves needed cleaning and cobwebs in lamps in bedroom. Also did not like foam on top of mattress in main bedroom instead of mattress topper. Strong smell of oil in laundry room.

Positive: Amazing beautiful location, immaculately clean. Wonderful modern house with all the amenities you could require. The most friendly cutest cat who visited the garden each day!

Positive: Beautiful area--Spacious secure garden-Friendly neighbours (looking after their horses in next door field)--Well designed bright house with plenty of spaces for each of us-so we didn't feel crowded at all--Imaginative lovely decor art & craft work & colour choices-(Rather like a Gallery!)-(The children loved the shell table )--Great selection of books & games- Kitchen knives & utensils good, & multiple chopping boards & plastic bowls-(very helpful for gluten free food preparation)-Brilliant supply of dishes & crockery & glassware--Comfortable beds & quality bedding---Patio with large "family" table for eating outside-or French window in kitchen to open if not quite sunny enough--Lots of storage space throughout--Easy parking. Superb washing & drying facilities!--Walks from the doorstep--suitable for children !
Negative: Upstairs en suite shower is very tight (but very easy to regulate apart from when bumping into the tap due to the small cubicle)--Electric mixer was missing (a shame, as we were there for 2 Birthdays!) Could have done with something to put hot casserole pots onto-(the pots are extremely heavy (cast iron) great quality, but very hard to get on & off the high shelf where they are kept.--The ovens both seem to cook much hotter than set- & quite unevenly-- Blinds were a bit awkward in upper bedroom (good blinds, but I think maybe just need checking over). (Outside table was a bit unstable with a damaged end)
Summary: Happy family stay in a beautiful relaxing holiday home--a touch of luxury in a beautiful location!
