Positive: An incredible and fantastic experience! A beautiful and very modern hotel located right on the seafront. Very clean and well-maintained. The menu was varied and delicious. We want to thank the hotel staff for always being attentive to our needs and accompanying us throughout our stay. Above all, we would like to personally thank ILYASA, the hotel employee, whose professionalism and great sense of humor made our stay so enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Positive: The location was far away from everything and a perfect place for relaxation. I loved the sea view from my large balcony as well as my beautiful room and bathroom. The garden of the hotel is beautiful, too as well as the pool area. Breakfast was nice and they also served some healthy items. Staff was really great, helpful and attentive and especially Ilyashi (spelling?) was particularly kind and attentive. I also loved my snorkeling trip with an excellent guide who gave valuable information.

Negative: WiFi should be improved.

Positive: The rooms and facilities were much nicer than shown on the pictures. There are beautiful flowers and trees around the bungalows with birds and Bush babies at night and the beach front bar has a fantastic sunset view. The food was excellent and staff were very nice and attentive. There is a well equipped dive shop on site where we organised our diving and snorkelling trips from. We had 6 fantastic days and wished we could have stayed longer.

Summary: Pemba Paradise is truly a little paradise on earth.

Positive: 1. Breakfast needs greater variety 2. The receptionist more interested in colelcting payments rather than making sure tired guests are settled 3. Great views of tide coing in and and wonderful sunset views

Negative: 1. Since geusts come from so far and have booked in advance, its betetr you allow themt o settle in rooms and then collect paymetns at check out, if they so request. 2. Warn guests in advance that access road is bad and they should not panic

Positive: Staff were lovely and the dive centre was very good - very friendly and well informed dive manager and we had 4 lovely dives. Location is stunning and the resort has lots of potential.

Negative: VERY hard mattresses, food was ok, but expensive as were drinks. We had 2 days out of 4 without internet - common in Tanzania, but other hotels in the area did (we had friends staying elsewhere) and this hotel is expensive overall, so should invest in a better infrastructure. Overall a good hotel, but not for the price - in our view not up to standard for almost 300 dollars a night.

Positive: Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings and attentive staff. A lovely spot to watch the sunset with a happy hour cocktail in hand. The food was also excellent, with delicious fresh fish dishes. We also dived with Pemba dive centre who are on site and can very highly recommend them.

Negative: The only negative Point was to have asked as per Booking and hotel regulation an extra bed in a specific room in march and to have received a negative feedback in august. Result me and my husband we had to sleep with our eighteen years old son… Absolutely not acceptable.
