Positive: Location was far enough away from the traffic of town to have a relaxing evening but close enough to drive back for the festivities. I wish we'd have stayed here longer; but it was only a short stay for us. You get a whole apartment for your stay with bathrooms kitchen coffee maker. The owner/operator seemed nice. There's a little drink area downstairs that had reasonably priced stuff.

Negative: Parking was limited. Couldn't figure out the bus schedule or how to get back from town. The renovation work needed some touch-ups - some areas seemed unfinished but not dangerous/un-safe just like they were in the process of doing touch ups to the apartment we got.
