Positive: Location was wonderful. Easy access to get in. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Short drive to the grocery store. Enjoyed the deck out front when the sun was out. Appreciated the directions for using the oven. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Appreciated the fully furnished kitchen.

Negative: One the sheets on the bed had a large stain so we switched it out and the mattress cover also had a nasty stain on it. Not a fan of baseboard heating but once we figured that was the thermostat it was fine. Didn't know if we could have a fire or not in the stove.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. We cooked, we laughed and that was what we were there for.

Positive: Very good value with an ocean view and easy access to the beach. Clean and well stocked. There were minimal check out requirements and I really appreciated that.

Negative: If you want a fire in the wood stove, you have to bring your own wood.

Positive: The location was nice, just a short walk to the beach and the view from the deck and living room were wonderful.

Negative: The place was dirty, we found blood stains on the master bedroom sheets and mattress pad, dog hair on everything and the towels and throw rugs were stained and dirty, and the master bath shower curtain was moldy. Also, the second bedroom bed was supper soft and our family member woke up with a sore back.

Summary: Not what we paid for.

Positive: The new kitchen appliances were a great improvement. It was easy to prepare and cook meals. The view as always was amazing. The locations is very quiet and peaceful; you can easily hear the ocean waves.

Negative: The wall heater by the bathroom should be removed or replaced. It's nice to have a heater that blows some air instead of just the floor board heaters.
