Summary: Room was nice however the heater fan in bathroom was loud and we stayed during winter and it was windy and all you could hear were the patio chairs blowing around and tipping over. Probably pretty nice in summer.

Summary: We were on first floor. Occupants of the floor above got home at 1:30 AM. We heard d every step they took. We couldn’t sleep after that? There was no evening staff, just an emergency contact number on a biz card? No breakfast and a partially empty vending machine?

Summary: Excellent beach side room. Amazing 2 sided view. Beautiful sunrise spot. Stunning especially for a first visit to the Cape. Lots of comfort. Friendly team. A 4 rather than a 5 as bathroom on the small side and whilst free coffee you have to go off site for breakfast. Nice restaurant for lunch or dinner.
