Positive: The location was perfect, and even better than anticipated, as the beach was only about 100 metres away, and the views from the balconies were spectacular. Also the location is very quiet, peaceful and undeveloped, which is what we were looking for.

Negative: Hard to think of anything. The beds were slightly hard, but when we mentioned this to the owner, they quickly provided softer coverings.

Summary: A beautiful place to relax if you are not looking for nightlife, activities or excitement.

Positive: 1. the location is obviously superb - directly accesing the beach. also, it allowed us to visit the 2 beautiful nearby ports to get to the basic supermarket from steni vala (very nice place) 2. the house ia very well equiped (did not miss anything) 3. the setting is very comfortable 4. total silence - the sky is so clear at night that one can really see the stars
