Positive: I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always giving me great recommendations on how to get to the places I wanted to visit and making sure I had everything I needed. I would especially like to give a huge thank you to Qianqian. She is such a sweet, caring, and lovely person. She always communicated with a smile, was incredibly patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. Whenever I faced any challenges, she always found a solution or did her best to make things better. Her kindness and dedication made a big difference during my stay, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!
Negative: One thing that could be improved is that when you book through Booking.com, it doesn’t clearly specify how many beds are included in the room. As a result, you may end up being surprised when you arrive and realize the room isn’t what you expected or thought you had booked.
