Negative: The bed was not comfortable, basically a sofa bed. Make this a dedicated bed and you’re solid!

Positive: There was no breakfast. The efficiency was in a decent location - though someone told me not to walk alone after dark. It was pretty clean, and the kitchen was decently appointed.

Negative: I'd have liked to have had a chair in which to sit that wasn't either the bed or the dinette table ...

Positive: Excellent breakfast place around the corner….. Easy walk downtown …. Spotless, well equipped… Quiet and comfortable…. Well priced….

Negative: Pearl street Studios is located in a neighborhood in transition. My only suggestion would be to move the trash cans that are right by the front door. As the trash cans were locked, we could not toss our garbage.

Negative: Wish there had been a little shampoo/ cream rinse. The garbage cans were right outside the door and homeless went through them one night.
