Summary: Staff was helpful and place was clean, however it is a very old hotel and felt like we stepped back into the 70’s. There was also no one else there so the lights were turned off in the common areas like the steam room, sauna, and pool.

Summary: It is a luxury hotel with great service, but the location of the hotel makes it difficult to go to other places by walk, simply because crossing the street for non-Vietnamese is too challenging!!

Summary: The rooms need to be upgraded we have stayed there for the last 8 years. And the carpet needs to be replaced. And with other hotels of that caliber the beds are pretty hard. But the breakfast is really good hotel staff is always friendly and curtious it’s one of the nicer hotels in Hai Phong. Just needs some remodel for the price that you pay.
