Summary: Dale was a great communicator and we really loved our stay. We went to the local bar for dinner and pool and enjoyed meeting the locals. We came to the area to rock climb and explore Cochise Stronghold. The sunrises were beautiful and the sunsets were spectacular. The climbing was some of the best we've ever experienced.

Summary: Booked this property for while I was visiting my husband at work. Stayed here for 2 weeks. Monday - Thursday and then the following week Monday - Saturday. Picked this house because of the pool. The first week l managed to swim in a little bit but the deep end definitely needed some attention do to algae. The second week, it was clear that zero pool maintenance had been done. The pool was now green. Pretty disappointing to pay a premium for a house with a pool to discover you can't actually use the pool. I have stayed at many vrbos and airbnbs throughout the world, for the price they are charging, I would expect a little more attention to the finer details....like a can opener that works! And burnt out light bulbs to be replaced! All in all, it was a decent house, but for the price based on the location, it was not worth the money.

Summary: VRBO IN SUNSITES Pros Comfortable couch Clean, bright and confortable home Great, quiet neighborhood. Lovely night sky. Loved watching the birds Cons Bedrooms Wastebaskets in bedrooms (since we were asked empty trash, don’t see that it would be problem.) Klenex The room with the twin beds is painted a God Awful color. Extra blankets in each room. Kitchen - There aren’t very many places to eat around here so the kitchen should be very well stocked. Coffee Pot (was finally found in the entry closet but does not work…the glass pot leaked coffee all over. Electric Skillet / grill Crockpot Spatula - pancake turner Mixing bowls Cookie Sheets Silverware (more, and stuff that didn’t come from the $ store) at least enough, so the dishwasher doesn’t have to be run after each meal. Spices( garlic, itallian, parsley, cinnamon The drawers and shelves should be lined with shelf paper. ( a few are but not all. Bathroom 2-ply toilet paper Klenex Living Room The place is for 6 so there should be at least 6 comfortable chairs so people can sit and visit. We had to bring two of the outside chairs inside. The dinning room chairs are not confortable enough for moving to living room. Why have a TV ? No way to use Prime, No DVD player (very inexpensive these days) This placed could be upgraded easily with a trip to several thrift stores or garage sales in Tucson. ie crockpot, coffee pot, nice silverware, set of knives, 2 living room chairs, towels that match and extra blankets in each bedroom.

Summary: First of all I will like to begin by saying that this property is very, very clean. But, the VRBO description indicated that there was a KING SIZE BED. Not true. This property has 2 queens and 2 singles. When I texted the property owner/manager Mickey they indicated that Evolve Property Management had written the ad. Don't you think that someone should have checked the ad over before putting it on VRBO. Mickey the contact thanked us for staying at their home but quickly moved on to please do not touch the pool valves in the backyard. What? What was so crazy is that the house was stuffy when we got there and first thing we did was open the back sliding glass door to get some air in the house. An alarm went off. So to get to the backyard you had to open the slider push a button overhead and then quickly close the slider. This was explained that it was Arizona law about having an alarm around the pool. Ok.. isn't their a better way to secure the pool? How poor is that? My poor sister 5' 2" couldn't reach the button. So we had to immediately put on the AC to get the house cool since many of the windows were very difficult to open. And you couldn't keep the back sliding glass door open. There was 4 Adirondack chairs outside stacked but no table. And who wants to do a buzzer dance just to get in the backyard. Can't enjoy the backyard since there's no table back there anyway. Then there's no place to put clothes in the bedrooms. No chest of drawers. And no place to put your suit case but the floor. How about a luggage stand? Only a few hangers in the closet. The bedroom side tables were TV trays. There wasn't a coffee table in the family room. We had to drag a chair and a side table in from the bedroom to sit in the family room. The kitchen had minimal dishes and accessories. No potato peeler. A plastic shelf in the refrigerator was broken and easy just fell. This house could be so good but no one took the time to think things through. Go to Goodwill and buy a few more pieces of furniture! What really ticked me off was there it stated KING SIZE BED but no it was a QUEEN SIZE BED and to quickly blame someone else in the text was poor. Also, didn't plan to mess around with pool valves. I just can't believe that! If you're so worry about the pool valves why don't you indicate in your instructions or tag them out with DO NOT OPERATE TAGS instead of instantly warning me quite sternly me about the pool valves. Not welcoming people!
