Positive: Great space for a mixed generation family (66 years down to 9 weeks). Travel cot & highchair were provided. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fab and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything I needed for a large family dinner. Loads of parking space and a large safe garden for the dogs. A very happy family weekend!

Positive: Perfect location only 15 minutes from Nottingham city centre. Facilities, pubs and restaurants close by. We were a family of 7 and the property was perfect for our long weekend away whilst attending a wedding. Light and airy, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Positive: Pear Tree House was so clean and so comfortable. The house had everything you could possibly need and plenty of space for all of us. Matt was fantastic replying to any questions we had. The driveway really helped with packing up for each day and the garden was an added bonus to relax in. Each room was thoughtfully set up ready for us, the X Box was a big hit with our boys and the dog biscuits thoroughly enjoyed by our Labrador. The whole family was so happy staying here, we will definitely book again.
