We do have 4 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road, one at the back door, one at the carport, and one at the garage.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am

Summary: The house was in amazing shape and there was endless space available! Everything was beyond easy to access and communication prior to check in was prompt. Could not recommend this place enough if you're looking for a cozy and spacious place in the area!

Summary: We LOVED our stay at Peakview Paradise! Beautiful home with all the necessities plus much more. The home is a perfect blend of posh and practical. Beautiful decor, great beds, fun games and beautiful backyard. Wonderfully cozy. Kitchen is well-stocked with working appliances and nice pots and pans. Location is great too. We hope to return again soon!
