Positive: I loved the fact that it was close to everything and the perfect amount of space for 3 adults and a teenager child. We loved the pool & screened in lanai. The restaurants in the area were great. Atmosphere all around was GREAT. 10's all around.

Negative: I would've liked to park in the garage or somewhere that was shaded. Besides not having an area to park the car that was either shaded or sheltered, we enjoyed everything about the stay. I cannot say a bad thing about this house.

Summary: Perfect house, perfect neighborhood, perfect location.

Positive: We loved the house! The size was perfect for our family and we loved the amazing outdoor space. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure the property was warm and inviting. We had a connection issue with the internet and the owner responded quickly and even offered to come to the house to assist. It ended up being a service provider issue, nothing on the property side. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Negative: The house is located on a busy road but just take your time and it is not a problem.

Positive: House was beautiful and comfortable! We loved our stay, the pool was lovely! There were plenty of towels and linens. The house was clean and stocked with kitchen utensils. All we needed to bring was food as far as that goes. Plenty of televisions (even though we spent all our time in the pool!) great little tiki bar and gas grill. Bedrooms were lovely and beds comfortable. Plenty of dining space and sitting areas in the home and out on the lanai.

Negative: we only had 2 issues. The first I don’t consider to be the hosts fault, however 2 of my 14 year old girls stepped on broken glass by the pool (something easy for a house cleaner to miss and also previous guests probably should have been more responsible about picking up broken glass). And the second, hot tub was very cold due to it being the same temp as the pool (connected to same filter) still would stay at this house again! :)

Summary: We had a great relaxing weekend and would love to stay again in the future.
