To make this even more of a bonding experience allow yourself to disconnect, slightly. There is no cable, but there is internet and antenna TV.
This is a meticulously maintained spacious 5k+ square foot, 6 bed/3 ba, (additional parking) ranch style serene family home with basement. It sits on 5 peaceful pristinely cut acres, has central heat/air all while keeping ADULT only accommodations at 6 guests.

House rules:
There is absolutely NO smoking on the property; NO pets, NO parties, NO events and NO guests whose name is not on the original booking, including day guests. As responsible home owners, names and ages of all guests are required prior to arrival.
Guest ID is checked upon arrival and the key is given to the person that books the property. We ask that noise level is kept at a minimum, this is a quiet family neighborhood. Please respect our home as if it were you own and please leave valuable items at home as we are not responsible for your loss. However, for added security, the house is monitored by security cameras 24/7.

A host member is readily available to ensure a pleasant experience for both parties (host and guest) and will provide the house key to the person that booked the home. If rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

HUGE eat-in-kitchen, formal dining room, formal sitting area adjoining a large great room with 82” TV giving a cinema feel, laundry room, screened porch leading to deck with retractable awning. And a few steps below, an in-ground swimming pool with diving board and shallow–end basketball play, a gazebo with a wired stereo system for your listening pleasure while lounging poolside. There’s also a separate stage area.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms (full size beds in each), bath with double vanity and shower, kitchenette, a lower level family room with TV that leads to a covered patio that’s a stone’s throw away from a 4-hole putting green, playground area and trampoline.

Summary: The place is conveniently located not even half mile form a gas station. The pictures of the property are very accurate. The place is beautiful. Hosts are nice just a little concerned for upkeep of there property so you can't check in without a ID confirmation that could be because of my age tho it says 32 and older to rent. I'm 29. Pool was clean

Summary: If I told y’all I didn’t know Mrs. Gia & Mr. Calvin before the day of my check in I know y’all would’ve thought I was telling a fairytale! It was like going to granny’s and paw paw’s family home for the weekend, straight family vibes and all genuinely love. Unfortunately our trip was a trip from hell the ONLY Blessing was the home. It’s so beautiful, cozy, safe, PEACEFUL and clean. May God continue to Bless this home and lovely couple.! Thank you so much for opening your doors to me and mines.

Summary: I can honestly say this was a great vacation my family had a great time and it’s plenty of room for everyone privacy. The house was very clean and everything worked, the owners were very helpful with all of our needs. The yard is everything you need for a great barbecue and game of kickball or football. I will definitely rent here again in the future.
