Positive: Prakash, the host of Pande Residency, made our stay very pleasant - it felt like home. We booked for one night and extended for 10 more. The room was nice and spacious and had a balcony at the back of the building as well as AC. The area around the accommodation is very quiet and peaceful.

Negative: The accommodation is located just outside of Patnem. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the centre.

Positive: The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We got towels and toilet paper, we had nice balcony, the property is in a quiet side street and Prakash is just such a nice guy. Thank you and I wish you the best.

Positive: Lovely peaceful location, super clean, excellent host who was incredibly helpful. The room was simple but had everything I needed. The balcony was perfect, the price was right. It was perfect to stay there to recharge after a busy time in North India. Highly recommend.

Positive: Our host was very friendly and helpful beyond all expectations. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was indeed peaceful although the street dogs all barked each night for about 20 minutes , but then settled down for a peaceful night. There are also several restaurants within a short walk from the property which provide good food to suit all tastes.

Negative: We didn't like having to leave and could have stayed if time and budget had allowed us to.
