Summary: Great little place to stay as a base to explore the area and all the trails. Place is just as advertised. We were able to walk to all the restaurants in the area in evenings.

Summary: I was unable to go on this trip myself. I had a coworker and her spouse take my place. They said they had a good time orher than being able to hear tge host who lives onsite having sex. Not impressed.

Summary: Overall it was a nice room to stay in. We weren't there very often due to exploring and activities but when we were there, it was nice.

Summary: Love the location... close to "Uptown Sedona" but most of things we did were in our area (Dinner at Rascals, Sedona Scenic tour pick up, Cafe Jose, foot massage at Tao Foot Spa.... all less than 1 mile from the house, and Hiro Japanese for sushi was only 2-3 miles away.. highly recommend them all). The price was totally worth it... however some improvements... double ply toilet paper :), a little more sound proof (could hear discussions in the main house), have a lock on the slider from the outside (appreciated the lock on the gate and I'm sure it's a good neighborhood... buttttt), we would have preferred a microwave over the toaster oven (or have both), have a pocket door for the bathroom vs using the closet door as the bathroom door. We would definitely visit Sedona again.

Summary: This property met our needs, nothing fancy, but nice location and neighborhood. The hot tub was a welcome amenity and was much appreciated after a long hike. Host was very attentive to our needs

Summary: No games or gimmicks exactly as advertised and more. Cozy & comfortable room. Warm sunny days & cold starry night's. Numerous activities from sight seeing, hiking, star gazing, and ATV's. Host replied to inquires very fast and without issue. Will definitely return for an encore trip

Summary: nice quiet space, great for unwinding after long days hiking, good proximity to many trailheads and nice restaurants. we chose this space first and foremost because it had private outdoor space and a hottub, and the outdoor space and hottub were really perfect.

Summary: Me and my boyfriend (21) stayed for a week and it was perfect! we came to sedona for a hiking trip so the room worked out really well for us considering we were there to bathe sleep and eat! It is in a prime location so close to many restaurants and shops and most importantly many hiking trails. The hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking. The room was cozy and clean and the host was very friendly and answered quickly! i definitely recommend booking, i would rebook when i return to the area.
